Please Note: A $25 cleaning fee is included in rental price for 1 hour of sweeping/mopping and final touches.
Any group or individual may request, in writing, that the Chaffey’s Lock and Area Heritage Society waive or reduce the rental fee. These requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. There are no rental fees for funeral/memorials under 4 hours if from the community.
The Chaffey's Lock Community Hall capacity is maximum of 100 people (50 under COVID 19 regulations). If alcohol is served, in agreement with LCBO regulations (www.agco.ca), we require PAL (Public Alcohol Insurance) and a Smart Serve ID 20 days prior to the event.
